Charles Morton, Principal
Charles joined Bowerman Associates as a Project Executive in 2008. For the past thirty years Charlie has managed a diverse range of projects, from a 210,000 square foot Historic Mill Renovation to the new construction of the 72,000 square foot Natural Hazards Laboratory at the FM Global Research Campus, to the construction of Chi Phi Fraternity on the URI campus. Charlie is currently involved in all phases of construction from project executive and estimating to project management.
Gregory A. Post, Vice President of Business Development
Greg recently joined the Bowerman team, bringing his twenty-four years of sales and management experience to establish, manage and grow a network of consultant relationship in the southern New England markets in order to expand the company’s presence. The past thirteen years of his career have been in sales for the Design and Construction Industry. Greg has successfully built a pipeline of core network contacts and customers in the New England Region and will use that network to develop a sustainable project pipeline.
Sue Farias, Administrative Assistant
Sue joined Bowerman Associates in 2008 as an administrative assistant in the field. She is currently responsible for proposal, construction, and completion phase document and data organization. Sue also manages our Safety program, marketing responsibilities, and coordinates company-wide computer operations as well as overall administrative tasks.
Colleen Titmas, Principal
Colleen joined our team in 1999 as the company Controller with eighteen years of accounting background. Over the past twelve years at Bowerman her role has evolved to include estimating, project executive and project management for projects ranging in scope from tenant fit up to new construction along with managing the accounting and office administration. Having worked as both a project manager and a cost accountant, Colleen has a unique prospective and a keen understanding of construction accounting.
Leo Hudon, Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Leo's role lies in the planning, developing, organizing, and supervising of the design and construction efforts for the total project, which involves coordinating all design efforts as well as overall management of all project personnel. Leo is also responsible for overseeing and supporting Internal/External Design Process, and for facilitating and sustaining both the Prime Contract and Subcontract Processes.
Kerri Barone, Administrative Assistant
Kerri joined Bowerman in 2014 and is currently responsible for project data organization, manages day to day activities and Communciations with sub-contractors and vendors. Manages all data related to on going construction projects, submittals, contracts, lien releases as well as all general office adminstrative tasks.
